Yes it should tell you the new score, are you sure its not? When you go to the member center, what is the score that is on the front page?

The alert says:
But shows no score lower than 610. The member center front page says my score is 610.

It could be the timing of your alerts. I've received alerts similar to that whereby myFICO dropped one day and increased the next which resulted in weird alerts like that. Either it happened so fast, like a day apart, where I didn't yet receive a credit alert for the change or perhaps your score dropped due to a reason which wouldn't be picked up by SW, like an added balance, dropped TL, increased util not exceeding the limits in your settings, etc. For best results, always set your target score to exactly match your current EQ FICO. That will cut down on some of those odd alerts because you'll be alerted more often.
