SW full year or monthly?

Subscribers what do you have?

I can't decide if I want to take the one time hit of the 150.

Especially since im going to be pulling my reports at least once every two months.

15 a month is kind of steep. but im getting addicted to my credit score.

With score watch does it alert you for just TU change in score?

I opted for annual, but I hate making payments.

SW doesn't alert you to any changes to your TU score. SW monitors your EQ report and your EQ FICO. Definitely check out the SW Guide found stickied here and you'll get an idea of what it will alert you to and what it will not alert you to.

Re: SW full year or monthly?

alright thanks.

i tried the trial already, and it didnt report a change once. (maybe just bad timing)

in the time though is when i got 3 new cards and 2 tradelines reported.

so from what i read in the sticky.

it updates your score so you dont need to keep buying reports unless you want to see in detail? is that right?

Re: SW full year or monthly?

Right. Using SW to track your EQ FICO is an art form. When you subscribe, you are given an EQ FICO report and EQ FICO score. For best results, ALWAYS set your target score (within Settings) to exactly match your latest EQ FICO. That way if your EQ FICO increases or decreases, you'll get an alert. IMMEDIATELY upon receiving a score alert, then reset that target score to again match the latest FICO. SW will give you your latest score with credit alerts (e.g. balance increases, added accounts, inquiries, etc.). But sometimes you can go for weeks/months without a credit alert because of improved credit, dropped balances, etc. Your score is monitored every week or so and having the target score correctly set will help in those alerts.

Long post short, no, you don't need to keep buying a report with SW if details aren't important.
