I figured with all the complaints about time lag or no updates etc I'd post what just happened on my reports.
Yesterday morning I got an alert from EQ that an account had changed (balance lowered on student loan).
About 4 hours later I got a SW alert for that change.
So YAY for a same-day alert!
And as a side note, TransUnion (also have monitoring thru) sent me an alert today that they detected a change on EQ. So they were only a 1 day lag!

good to know, thanks! I just recieved a score alert with a 24 pt increase just now! but I haven't had any credit alerts yet so I'm not sure what caused it. I'm hoping it was the credit card balances paid off!

Yes I bet it's because your utilization went down, congrats!

I have noticed that my alerts are coming quicker now than when I first signed up. I received like 3 alerts in score change in less than a 3 day period. My score was boucing all over the place..lol!!
I remember for the first several months thinking the service doesn't work!!
