As per the information during the sign up process on the website you get 2 ScorePower reports when you first sign up than 2 more every year. My wife had to e-mail customer service to get her second sign-up ScorePower report. We have the service for 5 months now but still don't have a new Score Power report (out of the 2 annually available). When are they awarded? Do you have to write to Customer Support to get them?

You shouldn't have to. On the the bottom right you should see an update to get a new report. Call cust service if they are not there.

Even if additional ScorePower reports show automatically I would like to know when to expect a new one. As I mentioned in my first massage we had to call to get the 2nd sign-up report show on my wife's subscription. When do they decide to make an additional report available?

As far as mine goes, there is a button on the page and I press it and get my report.  I do it every 6 months, hence twice a year.  Not that it really tells me much I don't know from my credit reports, which I pull once a year for free
