You shouldn't have to. On the the bottom right you should see an update to get a new report. Call cust service if they are not there.
As per the information during the sign up process on the website you get 2 ScorePower reports when you first sign up than 2 more every year. My wife had to e-mail customer service to get her second sign-up ScorePower report. We have the service for 5 months now but still don't have a new Score Power report (out of the 2 annually available). When are they awarded? Do you have to write to Customer Support to get them?
Even if additional ScorePower reports show automatically I would like to know when to expect a new one. As I mentioned in my first massage we had to call to get the 2nd sign-up report show on my wife's subscription. When do they decide to make an additional report available?
