After seeing a couple more threads recently about people not being aware of having to set their Score Watch alert setting to their current score, wouldn't it be easier if there was an option you could select to be notified of any change. An option that you wouldn't have to reset every alert. This can't be hard to configure.

Well, you would think so, wouldn't you? We actually used to do this but there were a lot of complications that we weren't able to overcome, so we had to remove it. What makes seemingly simple things complicated with SW is the fact that most of the SW finctionality resides at EQ. As a result, everything from troubleshooting errors to making feature changes becomes quite a challenge (to say the least). Thanks for the great suggestion, though, Walt_K. 
That makes sense. I'm sure you'd like it though if you didn't have to constantly field inquiries about why people didn't get alerts. Thanks for the response!
