Oh i see... I get an update every once in a while but for most weeks its the usual "no score changes this week"
For $10/m you can't complain much but if the thing is not working as intended i might cancel it.

I have been having issues with Scorewatch.....no text alerts (i still get email alerts), also i pulled my last free scorewatch report the other day and it showed my score had changed, got email later that same day saying that my score had changed. Not going to renew this time.

Having the same problem; I only get score watch updates AFTER I PAY TO UPDATE MY REPORT. Once my 3 months is over, I am done. I have transunion and the reports are free to up date on a daily basis.

I have forwarded this chain to the production team. We are looking into these issues with Score Watch and hope to get back to you.
Thanks. I think I am about to cancel though rather than wait and pay unless you want to suspend charges until you get it working, I should have gotten a credit alert for a new account and a new inquiry, and I have gotten nothing, so it is really not working at all, I was hoping to at least get the credit alerts.
