Score Watch not send alert

I set the score 5 point higher than my fico score but I never receive alert. I have to buy the power report every time to see the score chagne.

I will cancel my service. bad service. .

Agreed. I experienced the same thing. It is a shame.

Starting Score: 583 EQ, 612 EX, 569 TU
Current Score: 658 EQ, 648 EX, 618 TU
Goal Score: 720 EQ, 720 EX, 720 TU

Unfortunatly I feel disappointed in it too. I have done the free trial and was hoping to keep it when it is over, but none of my alerts have come through, so I am wondering why anyone would pay for the service? Too bad......
