Score Watch not sending alerts

I am not getting alerts on my Score Watch... I actually did a new pull... had a collection drop off and a New account added.... just as I thought... this product is not reporting any activity... not a warm fuzzy feeling for me...

I had the same thing happen to me.  Score Watch has always worked wonderfully for me (as far as I could tell).  When I pulled my new scores for the month, my score dropped by 21 points.  I never got an alert or anything.  3 days later, I got an alert saying that I had NO score changes in 30 days.  Now, I know this is not true seeing as I purchased my scores and saw the drop.  I have no clue what is going on.

Exactly.... getting a NEW account should definitely trigger an alert..... had to pull my last report to verify SW not sending alerts...

 

It's tough to have faith in the "Watchman"... when 'all is well' but things are happening... Smiley Happy

Make sure you reset your 'target score' alert setting to your current score (every single time it changes) !
