It will monitor your score for qualifying events, like significant balance changes, added accounts, inquiries, new baddies, etc. IMO, it can be a hit and miss, but my subscription has been worth it and alerts me every 2-3 weeks with a report change and maybe once every month or two with a score change (nothing much is happening on my EQ). It also gives me the opportunity to pull free EQ reports 2x/yr and discount of $5 (before any discount code is entered) for new reports beyond the 2.
