Had my score watch set to my current score and noticed no changes recently, so wasted a Score Power to see if account balances had updated. Why did I not receive an update showing my score had jumped over 10 points?
Keep in mind that score change alerts can take 7-10 days before you're alerted. Fortunately, the customer service rep you spoke with yesterday gave you an additional free report to make up for the one you pulled unnecessarily.
