Scorewatch dropping the ball

I've had Scorewatch since 10/10 and have received a handful of emails with with score alerts or stating there are no changes (which still feels like an alert). A few weeks ago I started the trial membership of DebtWise which is part  of EQ. Debtwise has sent me updates about decreased balances due to my recent payment, Scorewatch has not sent the same and more disturbing has reported that there were no changes. Aren't they both EQ? What gives?

ScoreWatch for myFICO or for EQ's version doesn't alert you to lowered balances, only balance increases. They only time you'll get alerted to lowered balances is if your EQ FICO score changed as a result of that action. To insure that you get that score alert, always set your Target score to exactly match your current score so you'll get alerted if it increases or decreases due to changes in util.
