Scorewatch problem?

Scorewatch problem?

Last month paid annual fee for scorewatch.  In the last 3 weeks score has increased 15 points on two separate occasions. (pulled equifax twice and paid the ten bucks for scores)

 

Scorewatch has yet to notify.  Alert settings are set, to one point above current score.

 

I think its a waste on money.  How do I cancel?

Keep in mind that SW doesn't claim to notify you of all score changes; and be aware that the score monitoring isn't daily.
