Signed up...said I could cancel via email. Not letting me....

Hey, I signed up and at the time, it said to cancel I could call the service center or email. I've emailed, but no reply. Need this thing canceled!

I cant cancel eitehr and now I am on hold on the phone and getting very mad, going to fill out a better business complaint and suggest you do also    http://www.bbb.org/
