So, I noticed that transunion was not reporting a couple of my accounts that have been open for 4 years. I called transunion and complained that they were not reporting properly, I gave them the 2 account numbers and they said that they don't have a contract with my FICO and that I would need to get my free report for this year to see exactly what was on it. I got my free report and low and behold the accounts show up on their report.
Can anyone explain this to me. I just feel like if we are going to pay for a report, they should be accurate.
