Subscribed, but nothing available

I've been a subscriber before and just subscribed again to Score Watch. Payment went through fine, and I received the confirmation email. When I look at my active subscriptions, nothing shows up. Although I've paid, I have access to nothing??

I would suggest calling customer service.
