Suzi Orman's FICK Kit provides "3 personalized credit reports and 3 FICO® scores (from your choice of Equifax or TransUnion)"?

Can someone elaborate? How do you get 3 scores from only 2 bureaus?  Can you get scores any time over the course of a year?  What am I missing?

It's basically a pre-paid plan for 3 FICO reports of your choosing: all 3 EQ FICO reports, or all 3 TU FICO reports, or 2 from one report and one from the other. You get to choose when you'd like to pull those reports.
