To Our Score Watch Customers

Thanks to all of you who have recently shared your concerns about Score Watch.  While I try to investigate your issues when I can, this board is not necessarily the best place to get specific problems resolved, as we simply don't have the resources to address all of your situations individually.  If you have read the Score Watch Guide and still feel that Score Watch isn't doing what it's supposed to, please contact myFICO Customer Care.

I just called and was given a free report.  Score down 9 points.  Two new inquiries and one new account and no alerts.  She said they would escalate my account to a higher level to see what's up.

I called customer care yesterday & was told 10 times throughout my conversation with the young man that I just need to be patient..... Smiley Indifferent

I called and was told I had to "be patient," as well. Gonna wait until the required 3 months are up and then cancel. This is just a waste of money, and the customer service is no help at all!

I called and the rep told me my SW is working although I haven't heard a peep since Aug 9.

Starting Fico Feb 2011 EQ 570 TU 580 EX ?
May 2014 EQ 709 EX 684 TU discover 665

Closed on first home April 26, 2012!
Last app August 2, 2014. Gardening indefinitely!!!

I just doublechecked my alerts too in my email.and my last alert was August 8, nothing since.  I swear I used to get emails at least once a week or maybe a bit more to tell me even nothing has changed.  This service has really not stood up to my expectations.

Ready to give up on SW!

Barry, I hadn't heard from SW since 8/10 and pulled a report today and my score went up 10 points with no alert!  How can this be resolved???????????????????

In the 600's, moving toward 700's and 10K in credit. My motto: At the end of my life I want to be able to say "I wish I hadn't," not "I wish I had."

This is what should be done to resolve the issue. While they are fixing it, you should be able to see these changes and the resulting score changes without buying another report.
