Trans Union purchase issue.

Hi. I just purchased a Transunion score and report on here and it's not showing as a paid item. My bank account shows that the item was order as well as my email shows a confirmation. How do I resolve this?

Is the charge a final charge or temporary authoirization?

I've seen some in here have issues ordering due to a fraud alert, identity verification issue, or lack of enough socring info only to have a temp. authorization and have it clear after a couple of days.
