True credit is showing different items than myfico

There is a collection agency item that I do not recognize that is listed on the reports pulled from true credit but it is not listed in the TU or EQ report from myfico.  What should I do?  I'm confused.  Also myfico EQ score shows as 537 and true credit as 590!!  I know true credit scores are fakos but I was recently approved for a credit card and EQ was pulled so I am confused.

For the collection, were both reports pulled on the same day? Is it possible that the CA reported after you pulled the other report?

Also look at the reported date listed in TC. That'll show you when the CA reported.

My TC scores have been as much as 100 points off in the same day. Once I saw the disparities I ignored them.

I've experienced something similar. I disputed something on my TU report with TU on the phone. The said it would be changed in 72 hr. Today made 96, so I pulled my FICO TU and it wasn't corrected but my true credit report did! I called TU and they said even FICO buys the CR from them, so I have to wait until they update the info for them. She said not to pull from FICO for about a week. Hmmmmm!
