Um...why no new report on my anniversary?

I started paying $29.95 for every 3 months 3B reports starting with 9/28/15, I recieved 12/28/15, March 28, 2016 and July 28, 2016 BUT I don't see any available for 9/28/16 (yesterday as well as today!) EVEN I got email saying Happy Anniversary and to check newest report but it's NOT there...waht gives?

Hope you can help so I can check it asap!
