Why are the CAs on my report masked?

I ordered the "FICO Standard Equifax" (the $19.95 one). I have two open collections, apparently, but the names of the CA's are masked with seeming random characters i.e. "284YC00207".

How much extra do I have to pay to actuallty see the names of the CA's? I hope I am missing something here, otherwise it seems a bit shady to mask this information when I purchased a "Credit Report".

MyFICO and some other 3rd-party report providers will sometimes mask the CA's name (and sometimes the OC too). I heard it was due to privacy, especially in terms of medical privacy. However, I had some non-medical CAs get censored out too. Definitely pull your full reports from the CRAs, or from annualcreditreport.com.
