Why did I not get alert of new inquiry

Then what is the purpose of the weekly update email. I think i'll just cancel it since it doesn't servce the purpose that I thought it would.

I had TUQM before but I don't recall receiving a weekly e-mail update. I got one with SW, but not TUQM. 

IMO TUQM is good if you want to save money. You get the reports quarterly at a discount plus 20% off future TU reports (and I think EQ too, but not sure). IMO, TUQM is not good for monitoring because it doesn't monitor anything, per se.
