They are two different products.
Score Watch monitors your Equifax report and gives you FICO updates periodically (about every 7-10 days). It includes two reports with EQ Beacon 5 FICO scores.
Quarterly Monitoring gives you four Transunion reports (one every 3 months) and will alert you only to a limited number of fraud detecting things other than that. You will get a new TU98 FICO score with each report.
Starting Score: 693 TU FICO, 679 EQ FICO
