alerts not loading

anybody else having this problem? the loading donut works great, nice green color. but that's it. just an endless donut. desktop, laptop, both android phones. about a week and a half now.

I just tried logging in and although the site itself was slow to log me in (took about 10 secs), the Dashboard came up within 2 seconds and the Alerts loaded for me fairly quickly (I have a ton of them, too). Can you please tell me if you are you still having issues?

I wouldn't be surprised if your alerts don't load.

Especially on TU.

They seem to not exist even though you pay for them.

hi karin. thanks for the reply. for some reason, i'm getting notifications of replies, either.

i have another alert, just logged in to look at it, same deal. endless loading donut. site logged me out before it could show me the alert.
