annoying popn up whenever I log in to my account?

I keep getting this pop up type survey whenever I log in to my fico account.  It is a survey that asks how likely I am to recomend to a friend.  does anyone else get this?  Is this a MY Fico thing?

I agree. Seems like I relented and clicked on it, but I don't get it anymore.

I relented as well, twice.  It is still popping up.  Is there any way to shut it off? It is just annoying.
