want to see all three scores -- but when i purchased the experian score i got this message. any advice?

is this an issue i could contact experian about directly? should i be concerned?

Hi katellis....It looks like Experian wasn't able to match the identifying information you provided with their records. I would suggest adding a previous address where you have received billing statements to your personal ID information and then re-order your Experian report through myFICO. Good luck!
