Yup! Just called to complain that their service is actually a service. The ONLY score they monitor is the Equifax. Paying for the Tri-scores only give you a snap shot of that day, which is useless because mortgage lenders, etc. look at all three and usually take the medium.
UGH! Having a credit company like FICO totally control ones life is insane!!
