I recently signed up for the ten day trial and received my score. I immediately cancelled it and decided I didn't want the monthly charge. I have since decided that I do want want to sign up for score watch and purchased it for 14.95. It charged my card then said my ss# is already in the system and to log on. I logged on and started the process over again and it says the same thing. I have been charged 14.95 and four separate charges of 1.00 each. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help
