Hi all,

I've confirmed with our technical team that alerts are now being sent out and all the batches will be fully processed by tomorrow.

I'm extremely sorry about the technical problems.  This was a complicated issue that took some time not only to resolve technically, but to also run through our quality routines to make sure that we captured everything.  I hope that doesn't sound like an excuse as it's only meant to let you know that we do take all technical issues seriously.  We had our best technical gurus on this to make sure we covered all problems thoroughly.

So am I the only one who received his last SW Alert on December 30th? I got one today, so it must be fixed. That's about 4 months. Anyone else not get alerts that long? Just wondered. I had found the score had changed by another company letting me know that, and also using one of my score power reports.. I hope they extend my subscription. Customer always acted like they didn't know what was going on.

Just like the title, since 2/18, I haven't received any update from SW. It just wasted about 2 months of subscription and I want my money back!

Yes things have changed. They said all backlogged alerts were to be sent out by today. Many of us are still waiting.

I was wondering what was going on. I received an alert yesterday that was dated March 24st and one today that was dated April 31st. Does this mean the alerts I would normally receive on these days are backlogged also?

I agree with MV, we should get some form of credit!

My 30 day turns two this month and I want to see how that would affect my score. Looks like I will not see that until next month.
