Major Cap1 EO Success

I am stunned.

I got a QuicksilverOne from Cap1 back in May with a $500 limit. I've been running a ton (for me) through it, I think around $3K so far. As many around here know, with a limit that low and usage that high, you're constantly paying it off. I decided, what the heck, I'm going to email the EO and see if they can help me out. I wrote a very nice email explaining that I love their services, but the limit was hindering me a bit. A few days later, I got a call back and did the whole thing. I asked for $1,500. Well, I looked earlier today (it's been about four days) and what do I see?

My new $1,500 limit.

I can't believe it. They still haven't called me back to tell me, but it's been updated in my account. My Credit Steps increase was scheduled to be to $750. I'm absolutely stunned. Judging by some other posts on here, I think I was in line for a nice increase come 6 months, but they were able to speed it up for me.

So, I guess the moral of the story: Use card heavily and responsibly, improve credit a bit in that time, write nice email, ???, profit.

Congrats! I can't get no luv through the EO or the luv button...but that's ok, I just did a BT for both my Cap1 cards and they will be sock drawed until I get some of this luv I always read other people getting. LOL!

Every story I've heard where people contacted the EO they always got increases. What is the EO telling you?
