First AMEX! BCE approval

I've always wanted an Amex card and was tired of seeing these special deals that you get when purchasing with an Amex card. I got antsy today and applied, instantly approved for AMEX BCE, 1k limit with 18.99 APR. Although I'm not happy with the APR and limit, I'm glad I got my foot in the door with them! Hopefully I can get the 3x increase in 61 days and ask for an APR decrease in 6 months.

Here is some credit history. 724 EX score checked today. 2 INQ in past 6 months on EX. 38% UTI , 4 new credit accounts in past 2 months. Very high debt to income ratio. AAoA 2.5 years.

+1. It's my highest credit limit, and it pays hudreds of dollars per year in cash back! Congrats!!
