Capital One Cli

I recently received a cli on my Cap One Quicksilver card. The original CL was 2k i logged in today to find that my CL is now 4k. I always make payments early and never pay the minimum payments. I was expecting more of a cli. Ive only had this particular card for 6 months. Should i call and ask for a higher CL?

Double the CL in only 6 mos is actually pretty good. I would be happy with the increase and hope for the same type in another 6 mos.

I agree with Lexie. That was a nice increase, and it appears to have been an auto CLI.

Why? Why do you need an even larger CLI right this very moment? Do you actually need it because the current line is limiting your spending ability or do you just want it to say you have a higher credit line? If the former then contact the EO and be prepared to explain to them why the credit line they gave you is inadequate. If the later then just be happy they doubled your credit line. Honestly I think having your credit line doubled is pretty darn good and you should be content with that. Its cap 1 not amex.

Dont get me wrong i am not complaining one bit about my Cli. I have other cards with larger limits and was just interested to see if i could get more of a CL. I guess i will take my 2k and run with it for now! Lol
