Chase freedom Instant Approval $4.5K!!!

Hi Everyone,

I applied for the Chase freedom card today and was instantly approved for $4,500 with a thin file - I only have about 2 years of credit history.

I have no negatives or lates and I always pay my balance in full...but the past few months, I've been carrying a balance only %23 of my total credit limits.

I got my first credit card in 2012, a capital one secured card with a $200 limit. I haven't added any more money to increase my credit limit but capital one has increased my credit limit from 200 to 300 after the first 6 months, and about a month ago they increased it again to $750

I applied for a journey rewards card through capital one in Feb 2014 and was instantly approved for $1,000.... last month my limit has been increased to 2k!

Credit Karma says my score is in the 680's and Credit Sesame says my score is in the mid 700's. When you get the approval letter in the mail, does it usually say your FICO score on it?

My next goal is to finance my first car in December! Is capital one or chase a good car loan lender?

Congrats. My last two car loans were thru Chase. Honestly it isn't important who I get the car loan thru the bottom line who is going to give me the cheapest interest rate. My next car will be the same way. I am hoping that Chevy keeps the low rates when I am ready to go look at the 2015 Tahoe or 2015 GMC Denali.

congrats!!! The credit union will probably give you a better interest rate than chase or capital one. If you have one in your area contact them first.

Thats good i only got approved for 2k with the same cs.. i did have them sent with overnight shipping!
