Being the anal person I am, I called the automated app status number and it says my application is in review, but when I apped I got back an instant approval, and then an email saying I was approved.

Yeah, dont worry about that. The Marriott card takes a little longer - Chase approves you, then it goes into a pending state while Marriot connects a Marriott account to the Chase card. You can call back every couple of days (mine took about a week) and once its back in the Chase system, they'll expedite shippig for free.
