COSTCO AMEX APPROVED 10K limit with a bk on the reports!

it is possible.

my mom was declined on 9/6/12 (i was also a joint applicant-so that may have had something too do with it) and got approved 6/6/13 marked the 61 days in my calender already!

and also guess whose being added as an acm? =)

I'm confused. Were you a joint applicant this time or just ACM? If you're in ACM you're credit isn't pulled but if you're a joint applicant than it is.

AFAIK he was not joint, only DM apped.

at the time, i was a joint applicant, i already had my zync so it was a soft pull for me, she got triple pulled and then pulled again on recon, and still got denied.

one of the reasons was that my zync was too new. (1 month old)

she also had high util where as i had only 1%

this time she paid down too under 15% and applied by herself. her bk will be falling off in 2014

she has student loans and perfect payment history otherwise.

her income is about 65k.

poop, would that kick me out of the garden? i personally didnt app lol. but the 10k limit, and hopefully 25k in august would help me out lol.

AFAIK AU accounts do not reset garden status, but I would ask Tinu on that.
