CSP Possible approval?

Before I moved to the garden, I apped for two cards: CSP and Disney Premier Siggy. I got the standard wait message, but was approved for Disney. After two weeks, I get a letter asking to call a number to verify a few things. Number I called gave me a lady who needed a bill with my current address. I moved about a month ago and it isn't on my CR yet. I'm disappointed with the Disney visa because I can't BT. So I have to fax my rent bill so they can finalize everything. Is this a good shot at approval? I may see if I could move my Disney visa to CSP.

I would think it's an approval if you've got to send documentation for verification otherwise why would they waste their time.

(If you wanted to BT why didn't you app for the Slate instead?)

I faxed everything and I called. CSR said as long as I provided the right documentation more than likely I'd be approved. Wonder what the CL would be like?
