Diner's Club Approval!

Hey you guys! decided to pull the trigger on the Diner's Club Card -Premier Version. Just knew I would be declined. Longest 30 seconds in my life that it took to APPROVE ME!

Application Complete Congratulations, you have been approved for a Diners Club Credit Card! Your new Diners Club Credit Card should be mailed in the next 3 business days and arrive in the next 7- 10 business days. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at 800-2-DINERS (800-234-6377).

Called in for my limit... Happy to say I have my FIRST $10,000 Limit! Prime rate at 8.9%.

For those who wanted to know:

Scores: TU 722 EQ:719 EX:709

*Equifax currently frozen by me, did it last month to stop myself from applying( clearly it didnt work!)

Inquries- 30+ (yes im definitely doing into the garden after this!)

Income: $48,000/year

I dont know what they pulled as of yet. that would be my guess, seeing that my other credit file is frozen

Grr. She just told me "there's no way for us to track applications or acct status, wait for the card." It was like talking to Comenity.

the guy just was concerned that my accnt had generated yet. he asked me what state i was in and my name and he was able to look it up.

I must be missing something because I don't see why this card justifies a $300 annual fee? Or even the $95 annual fee for the Premier version.

It looks like 3X points on grocery, gas, and drugstores that are redeemable with partner programs. I assume that means the points will transfer the same way UR points do. Also no FTF.

It's not worth another AF to me, but I suppose I can understand the appeal.
