Approved for NFCU Platinum visa and Flagship in same day

I applied for platinum visa and was approved instantly for $12500 at 10.99% int rate. Logged in later today and saw a pre selected for Flagship visa. So I did what any narrow minded person like myself would do and applied. That's when it got interesting. My app for Platinum still said approved but Flagship said under review so I called lending services. Well I got approved for both but limit was split between both cards. $6500 on Platinum $5000 on sigi Visa. They kept apr the same for both cards. Two hard pulls two great cards. NFCU told me this was the only way I could have both cards approved in the same day. Because this was my set CL for them at this time.

Might sound like a dumb question but I see so many people getting approved by them. Could anyone sign up for their products or do you have to be in the service or something?

Also congrats on your approval! What is your current credit score and what CR did they pull?
