CLI for Costco AMEX?

I have had the card and paid it fully every month (and sometimes more than once a month) for the past six months. Is it normal that they automatically offer a CLI or will I have to apply for one? And, if I have to apply for one, is it better to do so online or would a phone call be better? You all have helped me so much in the past few months and my current credit score indicates that (though I am still not where I want to be in that matter).

You could have applied at the 61 day mark after opening.

We've had ours for 4 years and not seen one increase.
