Hello all

I was appproved for a $600 Macy's CL in May 2014. Yesterday I called and was given a $100 increase. How likely is it that I can get more than $100 if I try again?

I had my card go from $5000 (initial app) to $100 (due to lack of activity) and now to $2000 earlier this week (only SP required).

Macy's seems to fairly generous with CLIs so improve your score and try again in 6 months.

I hate Macy's. Decreased my CL on my AMEX from 10k to $500 without notice. Never touched my store card CL of $1500 even though I don't use it at all. They are one of weirdest creditors I have seen, and they are part of Citi.

Well don't feel bad. Had my macys I've had macys also since may. I asked for 1200 increase from 800. To 2k. They gave me whopping 200 dollar cli. To 1 k. Stingy.

CONGRATS and typically Macy's makes you wait about 4 months in between CLI's.
