I currently had $5k and 1 statement (was approved ofr $500 and instantly countered through credit solutions - requested $10k, got the $5k)

I have had 1 statement for $.87 cents

I started chat and told her that I had a browser error when I requested online.

She looked at the account and said it didn't go through so she would be happy to process and asked if I wanted a specific amount.

I stated $15k

she asked income and then asked me to hold a few moments and came back with:

$15k!

I wasn't expecting that AT ALL... so I promptly replied "Could you submit it again for $25k?"

She said yes and to please hold.

Approved for $17,000!

You know that's what I said outloud sitting here alone as I read her type the approval for $15k.... like my first thought before OMG she just approved my crazy $15k request I said AND I CANT GET AN EBATES!

Congrats, although late...but, just wanted to add that you inspired me to try an increase via online chat. Initially the rep said that there's a link to increase my limit (luv button), but I told him that i'd rather have a "human review" to see if they could take care of me. I was at $8500, and asked him for $25,000...he asked for my income and came back 2 minutes later with a counter for $17,000......
