Slow down. Take a walk. Wait until Monday. Then apply.

Nothing you can do quickly will make a difference in the long run and you don't know what time zone the computers that do the calculations are in. So don't risk having to wait another 90 days because you apped too early, and enjoy the weekend.

Seriously.

I applied at 8am on my 61st day and things went through fine. I have read stories on here that right at 12:01 has backfired, but I guess I am unaware of the earliest you can do it.

My suggestion is to wait as far into the morning as possible, but no need to wait until Monday if everything in that 3X CLI sticky is accurate.
