Ritz Approval & a recap of my first 5 months.

Hey guys,

I just wanted to make a thread detailing my success with limited history, to show other newbies to credit like me that it's not impossible.

Late july to early August:

Denied for Discover it for students, chase Amazon.

Approved for

WF secured - 1k

BoA secured - 1k (now 2500)

Citi TYP - 1k

maintained good use, and treated them well.

September:

Approved for:

2 Capital one QS1 cards @ 500 each

October:

American Express Green - NPSL

November:

Amex Gold Delta Skymiles - 5k

Amex BCE - 1k

Closed WF secured

And now in December, i was finally approved for a chase card - the Ritz Carlton Rewards card for $5k!

Very happy. I feel like my history is off to a great start. total of $15,500 + NPSL.

Congrats! One of these days I want the ritz to replace my Marriott card. That this is awesome looking and functional!
