CapOne Pre-Approval seems reliable

Capital One pre-approval tool always says "No Offer" since I started trying this past summer. I refuse to apply and get rejected so I haven't applied. That changed today. It pre-approved Classic and QS1. I went with the QS1 for the rewards and the no APR for 9 months and was approved. This forum is priceless. Thanks to what I've learned here I have two approvals in one month!!

Almost immediately I received an alert that CapOne hard pulled TU. However no alert for yet EQ nor EX. I can't believe hard-pull happy CapOne didn't pull all three bureaus. Could it be that they don't pull all three if you already have account with them? Or they don't pull all three when it's a pre-approval?

I doubt it. I have three cards with them, and it was a HP on all 3 CRAs each time. Congratulations!

You can have two cards. You can get two of the same or one of eaxh. I did it.

Ok I just saw that CapOne hard pulled Experian too. I guess I will hear from Equifax soon.

I just heard from Equifax. They were hard pulled too. Thats all three bureaus for the one application. CapOne remains true to its reputation. At least I wasnt denied.

They did this to me too. From everything I've been reading Capital One always HP's all 3 CRA's.
