I got my fourth pre-selected offer in the mail today and decided to go for it. My revolving utilization just reported 0% today.

Congratulations! Your registration is complete and you're approved.

I almost wanted to hold off since I am already in a 0% APR intro period on my daily spender, but I need more open revolving accounts real bad - the IT makes two now. I figured go prime or go home. Hopefully the IT reports this month as it was opened before June.

Thanks. I went without cards for a long, long time for no reason really. Most of my store cards closed due to non-use many years ago. I had a few hundred dollars in total on a few of cards that CO back in '07. I probably should have started rebuilding revolving card history many years ago.

Now what is going to be my next card? I feel like I should have three open revolving accounts.

Congrats on the approval. I wouldn't count on discover reporting for a while though. I opened mine on 4/11 - still not reported to any CRs. I've read that with discover, it can range from 1-6 months!

Interesting. So, I might just go ahead and app for another card and try to get an auto loan this weekend also.

That's weird, I was approved for IT less than 2 weeks ago and they reported the acct this past Tuesday.

Yup... it's a YMMV situation with them. I got my Disco IT in early December. They originally had my statement period ending 12/20 but the 20th came and went and ended up being 1/20. A 6ish week first billing period. At least they reported soon after the 1st statement cut.

Mine reported the day I got and activated the card, haven't even used it yet. So did my Citi, ok both Citi's but nothing on the Cap One's yet, but this has just been in the last 2 weeks, i'm gardening now!

Have not checked opening cli yet. Was just going to wait till I get the card to see. Kinda like not finding out the baby's sex till its born. Seems more fun like that
