J Crew CLI - $5950

I had been stuck at 5450 for so long.(or so it seems...) and tried again today and they upped it to $5950. Declined me after my 2nd attempt. Anyone have one higher than this? I thought 5450 was their max

I was just able to go from $4450 all the way to $8250 just now!

@Holy freaking cow - I though my Express @ $1150 was good. I mean really, you could buy every new style the day it comes out for a year straight and still not hit that limit! Keep pressing it and see how much higher you can go. Do you have any other Comenity cards?

No, this is my only Comenity card. We really only use Jcrew for their cashmere. My wife worked for their cashmere department years ago, when she was on the east coast, and feels they still provide the best cashmere, as well as all their colors and specific/custom for Jcrew. So, as like right, when the cashmere is 30% off, the card gets maxed, but always paid in full within a month.

Wow! Isnt this a store card? Nordstrom has previously been the only place I could reach near that limit. Maybe I should check it out.

After you get the 7 to 10 day message, how long do you wait to hit the luv button again? I got one $300 incease a few weeks ago. Mine started out at $1,000 and now it's $1,300. I don't really want to use the card just want to see the CL go higher.

Well, what works for me is after every Multiple Mega-CLI i straightway order something, anything, and PIF. Wait until the statement cuts and reports then repeat cycle.

I just ordered something, will wait for it to report and then it will be clicky clicky clicky time
