I Just found out about the whole shopping cart trick. Haven't really been too lucky with it. Had it pop up twice on me for VS since i heard that was the easiest to get. Before i knew anything about this trick I applied for a Buckle and express card. At the end i recieved this message:

Your EXPRESS NEXT Credit Card application is under review.

You will be contacted in 7-10 business days. Please choose a different payment option to place an order today.

Has anyone ever recieved this message and had any good luck, or is this a way of saying that i am denied?

WOW. Was it really that BOLDED! At any rate, there is a possibility it was declined. However, some folks have received an approval even when they received this message. There is no method to predict your results. Just wait for any correspondence that comes in the mail to confirm your results.

I received this same message when I applied for the Dress Barn card. The card came in the mail 2 weeks later.

So i recieved a letter today for Comenity Bank. I was told to call a 1-800 number within 14 days. I called the number and they wanted to verify my identity. Once they did i was approved for a $250 CL.
