In Shock! Time to Reflect

Hi All,

I haven't posted for a good amount of time, but wanted to share today's event!

I just logged into Amex, and decided to go for a CLI on my BCE. Instant, no problem approval to $25k! I am quite astounded of where I currently sit, considering my total credit available to me from all institutions is $75.2k (including $5k line of credit from BECU), while my income has risen from $33k to $60k in the past 3 years. I now am extended more than I earn! Good thing I have been capable of managing my spending, as I am into this credit journey as more of a hobby in seeing how far I can go. My car is almost paid off and I have been living in my mortgaged condo for 1.5 years now. Thinks are going well for this 26 year old!

Thought I would come on here and share my excitement and gloat so humbly!

Congratulations! You are the ideal responsible Customer that banks would love to have as a client. Amex has the ability to sniff out the most responsible credit consumers much better than any other finance company. If I were running a credit business I would just match the Amex credit limit without much analysis of my own. Amex is also the first to reduce credit limit when they perceive increased risk. I am very happy for your accomplishments at a very young age. I wish you well.
