Amazon Auto CLI

Opened my Amazon account in the middle of October 2014 with a CL of $800. First Synchrony account (opened Walmart about 1 week later)

Was checking all of my accounts this morning like I always do and noticed my Amazon account looked different. I have only had the account for about 2 months and 3 weeks and realized they gave me a $100 CLI. It states that my credit limit is now $900. I very very grateful for this increase as I'm still rebuilding but it would be nice to get it to $1000 if possible. Should I wait till 4 months and see if I can get another increase or should I try now. I tried right before Christmas through online chat and was denied. That's the only time I have tried. Should I leave it be or try to get another $100 or more out of them now

Checked my Walmart account which was opened 1 week later and no increase as of now.

I don't think Credit solutions would be a bad idea or using the automated system by phone. I'd request as high as you can so you can get the best counteroffer possibly. Congrats.

Congrats! You might have to wait but worth a shot. The standard denial not enough experience at current credit level. Like $100 CLI is going to rock your world! Thanks for sharing.

Grats on the auto luv and I would get Credit Solutions on the phone, ask for 10K they will counter if they cant give you the full amount, good luck

I realize it isn't what you would of enjoyed in a CLI but congrats.

Amazon did the same very thing to me the first time, the only difference was it was $150. 4 months later I hit the lub button again and was given $500 and then this morning before work I hit the luv button again for a $2000 CLI. Each CLI was 4 months apart to the day.

Don't fell bad because it was only $100, it does appear if you are good to Syncrony they will be good to you.

Kinda the trend for Amazon Card. It's been slow going for me too with that one but they eventually begin to stretch out better every 4th statement cut afterwards.

Amazon is a slow grower for me; as compared to my Walmart card. Different underwriting guidelines I suppose although I would have guessed Amazon to be more relaxed.

Check Walmart again soon. I got a nice surprise this morning from them, and my acct was opened at the end of Oct., beginning of Nov. Congrats on the Amazon increase!

Thank you everyone! I am definitely very grateful for the $100. I decided to wait till my 4th statement and see what happens. If nothing happens then I will call and see if I can get another CLI. Just going oa take the $100 now and be grateful.

I opened my Walmart around October 20th if I remember right. I opened my Amazon Oct 10th. I got $500 for Walmart when I opened it so fingers crossed that hopefully Walmart will give me a little bump too Thanks again everyone.
